Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
Unused & Unopened
Items must be in their original condition, unused and unopened.
Original Packaging
Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
Tags Attached
All original tags and labels must be attached.
Proof of Purchase
Include your order confirmation or receipt.
How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email us at returns@westlandstocks.com or call +233 XX XXX XXXX to initiate a return.
Get Authorization
We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Pack Your Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include the RA number and your order details.
Ship or Drop Off
Ship the package using our prepaid label, or drop it off at one of our retail locations.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Information
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. For Mobile Money payments, we'll refund to the same number used for purchase.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that show signs of use or are missing accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- • Personal care items (opened)
- • Perishable goods
- • Custom or personalized items
- • Downloadable software or digital products
- • Items marked as "Final Sale"
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you want.
This ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed.
